Designed for a live/learn community, Merrill Place at Plymouth State University is an 85,000 square foot residence hall was designed to be a premier residence hall for upper classmen that could double as a hotel for conferences during the summer months.
This 39,000 square foot building at Philadelphia University brought together three programs, Design, Engineering and Commerce; through a mix of traditional classrooms, maker spaces and shared collaborative spaces.
The Anderson University Center is a 73,000 square foot student center built for students to socialize, dine and learn. This project was awarded a Facility Design Award of Excellence in 2013 from the Association of College Unions International.
This 60,000 square foot renovation connects two existing structures built in the 1960’s designed by Ben Thompson. At the time of construction, this project was tracking LEED Silver.
